I have created a performance based music video using the song 'Nothing' by The Script. I also incorporated a narrative in following way:
-The artist first wakes up looking tired and rough in a forest setting, this is after a night out at the pub with the lads.
-The narrative runs through of him walking home or so it appears whilst singing/telling the story of his broken heart.
-During the final verses, the artist commits suicide due to love with his ex girlfriend, even though he tried to drown his sorrows the night before with his mates, he still cannot escape his broken heart.
-The choruses include the cuts to the night before when it's nighttime and he is walking with his mate, who is a bit more sober than him and trying to keep him in control. The consumption of alcohol can be seen through the wobbly camera, and blurry effect added to those scenes. During these cuts, the camera switches to point of view adding further variety to camera shots.
-The other parts of the chorus are purely performance based and do not relate to the narrative included in the verses, shown by a change of clothing to look smarter and also time of day.
